Community guidelines
Be specific, fair, and useful. We welcome both praise and criticism, including criticism of SliceVolt, under the same rules.
Contributions
Describe the plan, approximate time period, and what actually happened. Distinguish what you observed from what you believe caused it. Do not publish account credentials, sign-in links, invoices containing personal details, private addresses, or other people’s personal information. No threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, impersonation, undisclosed promotion or fabricated experiences. No file uploads are accepted.
Publication status
All contributions and experience edits start pending. Your account shows whether a submission is pending, published, or removed. Staff may edit for privacy, clarity or rule compliance; moderated edits are labeled. Removal may be necessary for abuse, private data or unsupported allegations, not simply because a provider dislikes criticism. Moderator actions and reasons are recorded privately. Publication is not guaranteed.
Reviews and polls
One editable rating per account per provider. A confirmed email is not proof of purchase. Polls allow one vote per account; results are self-selected opinions. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or votes.
Reports and provider responses
Signed-in readers can report published contributions. Give a concise reason. Staff review reports without automatically removing the content. Providers may submit a clearly identified response through Community, with the affected page or contribution number. A representative label requires additional confirmation, never just a chosen username.
Formatting
Submissions are plain text. HTML and Markdown are displayed as text; submitted URLs are not turned into clickable links. This protects readers and keeps discussion focused.
